Janet Redpath has been a teacher of children with special needs for 30 years.

Initially trained in the primary sector, she was Special Needs Co-Ordinator in a large, successful south Manchester comprehensive school for 10 years.

She has a British Dyslexia Association recognised qualification to teach dyslexic children and spent 8 years employed in Manchester's Dyslexia Teaching Service teaching dyslexic children in Key Stages 2, 3 and 4. She now works as an independent teaching consultant.
